Aaron Findon could find himself in hot water with disciplinary chiefs after he put Donegal team doctor Kevin Moran on the seat of his pants in the early stages of this afternoon's All-Ireland SFC quarter-final.

The big talking point of a fiery first half at Croke Park was the Armagh midfielder's push on the doctor in the 10th minute. The flashpoint was preceded and followed by a lot of pushing and shoving as both sides tried to lay down a marker. Armagh manager Paul Grimley had to be restrained by his assistant Kieran McGeeney after he 'bumped' into Donegal corner back Eamon McGee.

Findon was issued with a yellow card by Cavan referee Joe McQuillan before being substituted early in the second half. However, it remains to be seen if the CCCC will take further action against the Armagh number nine.

While we're not aware of any precedent in the GAA for pushing the opposition's team doctor, the English FA slapped an 11-match ban on Paolo Di Canio after his famous push on referee Paul Alock during a Premier League match between Sheffield Wednesday and Arsenal in 1998.
