Fermanagh's Barry Owens
Barry Owens describes Armagh's defending against Cavan as "criminal".

The Orchard County never got to grips with Breffni dangermen Martin Dunne and Eugene Keating during the preliminary-round clash at Breffni Park and Fermanagh's All Star full back Owens is hoping he gets more protection from his team-mates at Brewster Park on Sunday than that which was afforded to Paul McKeown and Brendan Donaghy four weeks ago:

"Definitely you had to feel sorry for those boys," he says in The Irish Daily Mirror. "When you see that space in front of you, it's your worst nightmare in modern football.

"It's almost criminal. They way football has gone you can't do that - no matter who you're playing."
