Gap concerns O'Brien

Wexford manager Aidan O'Brien believes there is an ever growing gap between the top teams and the rest.
The Model County are the only remaining division 2 team left in any of the provincial championships and we are only just about reaching the semi final stages now.
O'Brien feels that there is a massive gulf between the division one teams and the rest at the moment, but that is not putting him off from seeking a place in the Leinster final.
Wexford face either Wicklow or Meath in the provincial semi final with Kildare or Dublin in the other half of the draw.
"The evidence points to the fact that division 1 teams are a long way ahead of division 2," O'Brien explains to the Wexford People.
"Both of this year's promoted teams from division 2, Westmeath and Derry got wiped. Westmeath were well beaten by Dublin and Derry got comfortably beaten by Down, who had been relegated from division 1 themselves.
"All of that would suggest there is a big gap there, there is no point in denying it, but at least if you know what's in front of you, you can go about tackling it."
