London manager Eamonn Phelan is eager for his charges to progress to the Christy Ring Cup final.
The exiles are faced with a tough task on Saturday afternoon when they must travel to Newry to face Down in the semi final, but last weekend's win over Derry will have given them great confidence.
Phelan stressed to the Irish Post that the side have put in a huge amount of effort to get this far, but he is keen for them to go even further.
"We've done 65 sessions since the start of the year and you're in knockout hurling," he said. "If we lost, it was a five hour sit on the bus to go home and we didn't want that. There is still plenty left in the players and hopefully we can progress."
