Scullion welcomes new role

Derry's Tony Scullion
Former Derry footballer Tony Scullion is looking forward to his new role on the football review committee.
The All-Ireland winner and four-time All Star has accepted a role on the newly formed football committee, which has been set up by GAA President Liam O'Neill to review the rules of Gaelic football.
The nine-man committee is being chaired by Eugene McGee and Scullion feels that the new organisation can benefit football in the long term.
"The committee has been formed to simply look at the rules of the GAA," Scullion told the County Derry Post.
"We're not necessarily diving straight in looking to make immediate changes, but rather looking at everything and taking everything on board and seeing if there is any way which we could improve our games.
"We already have a terrific sport here that is genuinely exciting but now we can look at ways of maintaining that and proposing avenues to make it a faster and more open game."
