Kerry's Moran ruled out for season

Moran was forced off midway through the second half of the encounter at Inniskeen and visted the Santry Clinic this morning.
Tests confirmed that he had suffered a torn cruciate and will miss the remainder of the league and all of the championship.
A son of eight time All-Ireland winner Ogie, Moran's absence will be a huge blow to Kerry manager Jack O'Connor as he bids to bring Sam Maguire back to the Kingdom once more. Tweet
