The owners of the famous Corofin car got an unwelcome surprise after yesterday's All-Ireland club SFC semi-final in Ennis when they discovered they had been issued with a parking fine.
The Honda motor, which is decked in the club's green and gold colours and was bought on Donedeal before the 2018 All-Ireland final against Nemo Rangers, was parked on a footpath outside Cusack Park and the local traffic warden showed no mercy by leaving a €40 parking ticket under one of the wipers for the owners.
TweetYou get the old car done up in the colours of probably the greatest club football team in GAA history, dot the names of the Corofin players all over it, add a few flags ... then park it outside Cusack Park, Ennis, reach another All-Ireland final & then get a €40 fine #whybother pic.twitter.com/J4Woj9SKKA
