Paul Mannion has been cleared to play for Dublin in Sunday's Leinster SFC semi-final against Kildare after having the red card he received against Louth overturned by the Central Hearings Committee (CHC) last night.

The CHC ruled that the alleged infraction of "behaving in a way which is dangerous to an opponent" could not be proven, which means the Kilmacud Crokes forward will not now have to serve a suspension.

Armagh's Brendan Donaghy also appealed the red card he was issued with following an off-the-ball incident in last Sunday's drawn Ulster SFC semi-final against Cavan, but will miss this weekend's replay after his one-match ban was upheld by the CHC.
