Cork defender Jamie O’Sullivan has called time on his inter-county career after eight years with the Rebel County.
O’Sullivan made his debut against Kerry during the Leesiders’ All-Ireland SFC winning season in 2010 and also enjoyed three National League victories with his county along with two Munster championship successes.
The Bishopstown clubman was a part of Cork’s All-Ireland U21 winning side in 2009 and helped UCC to Sigerson Cup glory in 2011.
Both Cork and Bishopstown wished the 29-year-old corner-back all the best on his retirement yesterday:
Best of luck to @thejsullay on your retirement and thank you for your great service to Cork football. https://t.co/M7HHpGtrbO
