Dublin will host Tipperary at Parnell Park in a league quarter-final after thrashing Laois by 3-23 to 0-17 at O'Moore Park.

The emphatic win sees Pat Gilroy's side finish fourth in the final 1B standings, above the O'Moore men, who slump into a relegation play-off away to Antrim next weekend.

Donal Burke landed eleven points for the Dubs today, while Ronan Hayes' return of 2-4 was arguably even more impressive. Ryan O'Dwyer registered the first goal in the 20th minute as the winners roared ten points ahead, 1-9 to 0-2, and the interval lead was twelve, 1-15 to 0-6.

Even though the likes of Neil Foyle, Cha Dwyer, Ross King and PJ Scully picked off some nice Laois scores, Dublin were always on the front foot and Hayes' late brace of second-half majors sealed the deal.
