Coach Kavanagh puts Armagh through their paces

The Armagh footballers visited the gym of SBG Ireland head coach John Kavanagh in Dublin today as they stepped up their pre-season training.

Conor McGregor's coach has struck up a great relationship with Armagh boss Kieran McGeeney in recent years and he was impressed by the fitness of the Orchard lads who will get their 2020 campaign underway on December 29 in the Dr McKenna Cup.
