Ahead of the All-Ireland senior hurling final, Tipperary manager Liam Cahill has called on his players to express themselves.
The Premier County go in as underdogs against Munster champions Cork but their manager was full of belief as throw-in approached:
“When these opportunities come around, you have to embrace them,” he told RTE Radio. “I’d be just asking our players to go out and absolutely express themselves, to have no fear and trust themselves. We trust them 100% on the line. I trust them with my life, so look whatever will happen will happen.
“We know where we’ll be on Monday regardless, whether Liam MacCarthy is coming with us or not. That's the attitude we're taking out onto the field today.”
