Meath GAA club calls complete halt to activities

Skryne GFC suspend all activities.

A Meath GAA club has called a complete halt to club activities as a result of a number of members testing positive for Covid-19.

Skryne GFC announced yesterday that they have had to shut down temporarily due to an outbreak of coronavirus cases within the the club.

"Please note that a number of members of our club have tested positive for Covid 19," Skryne GFC said in a brief statement on Facebook.

"In order to contain this outbreak Skryne GFC have taken the decision to completely suspend all club activities until further notice. This decision has been taken for the protection of our community.

"The situation will be reviewed on an ongoing basis."
