Meath's Seamus Lavin
Meath have announced the minor team to face Offaly on Saturday in Pairc Tailteann.

Four of the St Patrick's CS players that participated in last week's Hogan Cup final are handed starting places - James McEntee, Ruairi O'Coileain, Niall Kane and Niall Lyons.

McEntee (captain this year) and O'Coileain along with Seamus Lavin are survivors from the 2012 All-Ireland final defeat to Dublin.

O'Coileain and Lavin both give a solid look to the left side of defence and Niall Kane, a starter against Offaly in the quarter-final last year, plays again at No 5. Charlie Bird is picked at full back and is the first Boardsmill player in over a decade to be picked for the Meath Minor footballers. Jack O'Sullivan benefit's from being part of the set up last year and has been given the No 1 slot

Keith McCabe, the latest Ratoath player to don the county minor jersey, starts at midfield along with St Colmcilles Ruairi O'Grady.

The forward line is led by Lyons on the '40 while McEntee starts at full forward where Meath hope to do well with Syddan's Daire Rowe and Ratoath's Joey Wallace filling the corner spots.

Twins Thomas and Daragh McGoven from the Donaghmore/Ashbourne Club are also in the starting 15.
