Fans make there way into Walsh Park for the Munster SHC clash between Waterford and Clare
Shane Ahearne has been appointed manager of the Waterford minor hurlers for 2022.
The former county star, who managed the U16s this year, takes over from Gary O'Keeffe. The appointment was ratified at last Monday night's county board meeting, WLR FM reports.
Ahearne will be joined by selectors Flannan Cleary and Brian Mackey, with former goalkeeper Brendan Landers acting as coach.
The Deise still have to appoint an U20 manger after Stephen Gough stepped down after three years in charge.
