CLG Carndonagh hurlers

With their annual charity hurling match unable to go ahead, Carndonagh GAA have come up with an ambitious fundraiser instead.

The north Donegal club normally holds an annual Over 25's v Under 25's hurling match but is instead undertaking a novel fundraiser on the same date.

They hope to complete a virtual run/walk/crawl that the community of Carndonagh and other communities can contribute to.

On the 31st of May at 9am they will embark on a 5,000km journey throughout 24 hours adhering to Covid-19 restrictions.

The charities we are raising money for are Motor Neuron Disease Ireland and Work Link North West.
