What a strike this was!
This Andrew Cotter free from all of 60 metres out in the eighth minute of injury-time salvaged a 0-16 to 1-13 draw for Douglas against Ballincollig in the Cork Premier senior football championship this evening.
The 2014 champions looked like they were on the way to a second-round victory at Pairc Ui Rinn, where Douglas were facing elimination if they’d slipped to defeat.
Instead, Cotter landed this incredible equaliser (watch below) to keep his club’s championship hopes alive.
TweetThis Andrew Cotter free for @DouglasGAAClub to draw their @OfficialCorkGAA SFC clash today has to be seen to be believed. Fully SIXTY metres from the posts. #GAA
