Dowling Cup Visits 

Over the Weekend members of the Senior Team and management visited our stars of the future Rhode Warriors, U7s , U9s and U9s ladies  at training on Saturday morning last with the Dowling Cup. There was also a special visit made to Mary Smullen where a presentation of the no 30 jersey was made to her and the Smullen Family on behalf of the team in memory of her son the late great Pat Smullen. 

The Dowling Cup visited many other households over the weekend of club members and supporters and we will endeavour to ensure many more will get a visit of the cup,  

Club Games Suspended 

The GAA’s Management Committee has today endorsed a decision to suspend all GAA Club games at all levels with immediate effect and until further notice.  

200 Club Draw 

 

We are continuing with our Rhode GAA Supporters Draw to Aid our Planned Development for our Grounds . Entering this draw will provide you with the chance to win 1st prize €1000 & 5 chances to win €250 in each draw and there are 5 draws taking place throughout the year. That’s a total of 30 chances to win over the year. The Draws will be held on the following dates while adhering to the strict HSE/Government and GAA Guidelines:

• 24th October 

• 19th December

Lotto 

 

The Rhode GAA Lotto Jackpot is €2,000and it took place on the 6th of October while adhering to strict guidelines

The numbers drawn out were 2 12 22 29

There were three match three winners who won €70 each.

Get well wishes are extended to all of the people of the parish who are ill or hospitalised at the moment especially Sean Malone who is recovering from a knee operation.
