Lotto: The Lotto was held on Sunday night the numbers drawn were 2,7,27 & 30. There was no winner. Next weeks jackpot is €8100.

On another note Killian Mc Geough has stepped down as lotto seller. Many thanks is extended to Killian and his family for selling envelopes over the past number of years.

 

Sponsorship: Over the past number of weeks a number of people have sponsored jerseys for our teams. Keith Sheridan & KSH Group in conjunction with John Sheridan and Powerpac Contractors sponsored a set of jerseys for our Senior Team. Also to Shane & Michelle Mulligan of Tree Maintenance and Forestry Services who sponsored Jerseys, Socks and Shorts for our players and Jackets for the mentors of our U13 Squads. Much gratitude is extended to both families and in these toughest of times its great to see that community spirit is alive and kicking and people are not afraid to put money back into our football club.

 

Seniors: The Senior team play in Round 3 of the Intermediate Championship this Sunday the 19th of September away to Eire Og at 2pm. Best wishes is extended to team and management.

 

U17: The draw for the U17 Div 3 Championship - Preliminary Round Aughnamullen v Aghabog on the weekend of the 25th September.

 

U15: The U15 play in the championship this weekend. On Saturday 18th September the A team play Magheracloone in Round 1 of the Division 2 Championship at home at 11am. Whilst on Sunday the B team play Inniskeen in Round 1 of the Division 5B Championship also at home at 11am. Best wishes is extended to both sides

 

Sympathy: Sympathy is extended to Pat John, Fiona, John, Ciaran, Adrian & Leon Duffy Carrickanaire and their extended families on the death of Agnes Duffy Carrickanaire. May God have mercy on her soul. To Tom & Ann Leanagh Cornacarrow and extended Leanagh families on the death of their aunt Jenny Noss Castleblayney may god have mercy on her soul.

 

Many Thanks: Many thanks to all those who stewarded at the U17 Division 2 final held in Aughnamullen last Sunday. Also there is a double header being held this Sunday D1 - U16 Ladies championship Final Carrickmacross V Castleblayney Time: 3pm D3 - U16 Ladies championship Final Inniskeen V  Magheracloone Time: 5pm. The Club is looking for stewards from 2pm.
