We had no winner of this week’s Lotto draw. The numbers drawn were 4, 10, 16 and 21. The lucky dip winners were Oliver Byrne, Brian Farrelly, Conor Marron and Brian Busby. Each winner receives €30. The next draw will take place on Monday evening and will be for a jackpot of €5600.

Please continue to support the club by buying an envelope from our new stands in Justin’s and McGrane’s shops or by using the link  https://play.clubforce.com/play_newa.asp?ll_id=672&_ga=#Anchor. You can also download the Clubforce App. One envelope is €2 or 3 envelopes for €5. Cut off time for playing the lotto online is 6pm on Monday evening.

Seniors

Our Seniors lost their second game of the Championship last Sunday when they were beaten by Carrick. The result leaves themselves in a perilous position on the table. Their next fixture is against Inniskeen on Saturday, September 18th, at 2.30pm in Inniskeen. This is a must win game, so all support is welcome.

Reserves

Our Reserves are out on Wednesday, September 8th in the Preliminary round of the O’Duffy Cup against Castleblayney. Throw in is at 8pm in Inniskeen. Best of luck lads!

U13’s

The number 13 is an unlucky number and unfortunately for our U13’s it proved true. Both of our U13 teams who were in final action last week lost their respective matches. The Division 1 were defeated were beaten by a good Castleblayney side and as the old saying goes ‘goals win matches’, but they can hold their heads up high and be very proud of their achievements. Final score Magheracloone 1-13 Castleblayney 6-06.

Our Division 6 team started off well, but it didn’t last long as Killeevan quickly got to grips with the game and soon saw off the challenge of our boys. Final score Magheracloone 3-03 Killeevan 4-15. There are plenty of positives to be taken from both games and plenty more to come from these teams. Congratulations to both Killeevan and Castleblayney on their wins.

U11’s

Our U11’s finish off their season on Thursday evening when they travel to Clontibret in the last game of the year. Best of luck lads!
