(Oldest Posts First)

Wishing the tones the best in the final today in Donegal. It's not too often that we get Meath teams in national finals.

Surely the Co Board will not expect the Tones to play Dunboyne tomorrow night in Div 1 of the league ??? But then it's our Co Board.

How did their opposition rank in respective counties? Tones looked a level above in the final and made it difficult for themselves, add 3 county lads back in there and they could have ran riot against them.

Not taking away from it by the way, really enjoyed it and delighted for Tones, very jealous of a weekend away there too. Cracking club and they'll be hard beat this year.

I don't know tbh and it would be hard to find out unless there was someone from Galway here to tell us about them but I still think they deserve congratulations.

By my reckoning they were 6 or 7 guaranteed starters short due to Meath team/u20 team/leaving cert/injury.

Great win for Tones. Glad to see some club success on the national stage even if it was a small competition
