Two days on from losing the Div 1 HL final to Trim Kildalkey got back to winning ways with this hard fought win against Kilyon and in the process qualifying for the Brendan Davis final.

Kilyon with home advantage we’re always going to be hard to eat and made life difficult for the village men but young Brian OHalloran opened the scoring with Nicky Potterton hitting 5 first half frees and one from play and Paddy Coneely with 2 points while Niall McNally got a goal to leave it 1-9 to 0-6 at halftime.

Gary Kelly Brian Coffey Brendan Mckeon we’re defending well and restricted Kilyon to 6 points including 4 frees in that first half.

Potterton added 7 more frees in the second half Coneely with 2 more points and Paddy Barnwell Niall McNally Mark Healy (2)David Harmon and OHalloran were the second half scorers as they outscored Kilyon by 15 points to 9 to reach the Brendan Davis final again  on a score line of 1-24 to 0-15.
