Kiltale 7-23 Longwood 1-12

Having lost their opening round of the Meath senior hurling championship Kiltale have regrouped and put back to back wins with this comfortable victory over Longwood at Lomans Park Trim.

Full forward Chris Reilly was the star of the show scoring an impressive 5-7.

The winners were never troubled and led by 2-13 to 1-9 at half time. That lead was out to 3-20 to 1-9 after the turnaround and Brian Gilsenan’s charges closed out an impressive display with a further 4-3 to Longwood 0-3.

Next up for Kiltale are Ratoath in round 4.
