Limerick boss John Kiely pointed to his side’s “sheer resilience” after coming through today’s All-Ireland SHC semi-final battle with Galway.
The Treaty men dug their deepest in the closing 10 minutes at Croke Park to see out the 0-27 to 1-21 victory and advance to a third straight Liam McCarthy Cup decider.
"Just sheer resilience, I think," Kiely told RTÉ Sport when asked how his side got through in the end.
"There is great determination in the group to find a way when it's difficult.
"Galway brought a phenomenal challenge today.
"We were struggling at times during the second half and our lads coming off the bench made a huge impact again today."
