Mohill will defend their title against Ballinamore in this year's Leitrim SFC final.

The impressive Keith Beirne accounted for all bar 1-2 of the winners' final tally as they got the better of Leitrim Gaels by 1-15 to 1-9 at Avant Money Pairc Sean Diarmada this afternoon.

0-6 of the centre-forward's total came in the first-half and the holders enjoyed a 1-7 to 0-5 half-time lead as Stephen Goldrick's 14th minute goal gave them that five-point cushion.

Enda Moreton's goal within eight minutes of the resumption hauled the Gaels back into contention before points from Shane Ryan and captain Aidan Flynn left the minimum between the sides, 1-10 to 1-9.

But Mohill reeled off the last five scores of the contest through Beirne and Sean Harkin to advance to their sixth decider in nine years.
