Former Mayo star Andy Moran is set to be appointed as Leitrim’s next senior football manager.
According to multiple reports, Moran will take over the reins from Cavan native Terry Hyland who stepped down after three seasons in charge of the Connacht men.
The 2017 Footballer of the Year is currently managing his native Ballaghaderreen along with former Mayo U21 boss Mike Sloan.
Moran had been previously linked with the Longford vacancy but it now looks as though the announcement of his appointment as Leitrim boss is imminent.
