Hugh Colreavy RIP
The club extend deepest sympathy to Jacinta Colreavy nee McGowan on the death of her beloved husband Hugh last week. Hugh and his brothers all played for Gortletteragh and we extend sympathy to the Colreavy and McGowan families at this sad time. He was one of nature’s gentlemen and was loved by all who knew him. Ladies AGM

Orlaith Gordon were standing down and the club acknowledged their hard work during the difficult and disruptive 2020. Nevertheless, it was a successful year for underage participation and Intermediate success. The club can be proud of the input of all the inderage coaches who worked tirelessly all year. There was special mention of the Intermediate panel under the management of Gary Canning, Padrag Tighe and Barry Lupton that won the Intermediate Championship in 2020. The Officers for 2021 are: Chairperson Erin Britton, Vice Chairperson Bridget Kilrane, Sec Katie Mulligan, Treas. Faye Reynolds, PRO Charlene Tyrell and Registrar Hannah Reynolds.
National AGM of GAA Healthy Clubs
Our Healthy Clubs Officer Geraldine Walpole virtually attended this national Conference on Saturday last. The Conference was opened by Dr Tony Holohan and he emphasised the importance of physical and mental health during this Covid 19 epidemic. 600 delegates took part and once the restrictions are lifted there are lots of plans and ideas for the year ahead. Mohill intend to run the very popular Ireland Lights Up walking challenge very soon. We are fortunate to be registered as a healthy and smoke free club and there is a generous grant available when we fulfill a few minor details.

Congratulations to Dearbhaille Beirne who was awarded Ladies Intermediate Player. This award is well deserved by a young lady who in the last few years has juggled her Gaelic football and a successful soccer career with Ireland and Peamount United and still manages to be available when needed for Mohill
