Sice back training with Galway

Corofin veteran Gary Sice is back in the Galway senior football squad.
RTE reports that the 36-year-old trained with Padraic Joyce’s squad last week, having hit 0-7 in Corofin’s recent Galway SFC quarter-final win over Salthill-Knocknacarra.
Sice announced his inter-county retirement back in 2017 after 12 years with the Tribesmen.
He has since been a key figure in his club’s historic All-Ireland club SFC three-in-a-row success and now looks to be part of Joyce’s plans as they prepare for this year’s winter championship.
