i didn't think much of him villamoy although i like marty duffy, but i think refs are letting more and more fouls go unpunished these days, now i am all for physicality but without fouling if possible .

I watched the Mayo/Donegal game and thought Duffy was even enough for both sides. Sometimes he gets a bad press but teams don't give him an option at times. He was liberal with the whistle today but there was an awful lot of pulling, dragging and blocking players taking frees and Mayo were the worst culprits. I reckon most of the Mayo team would have been black carded under that new rule today. Teams have to start wising up because this is the way it's going to be if the keep on doing what they are doing.

he seemed to be whistle happy,he totally ignored umpire at one stage when mayo no.15 was injured,he had to send off the 2 players for 2 yellow card offences, but again mc ghee struck/slapped doherty on the back of the head,he went and booked doherty after mayo scored their goal for pushing mc ghee,he gave several frees 2 day for over carry of the ball, but u cant play the ball if their is 2/3 players hanging out of you
