1-4 each after 22 minutes a good enjoyable contest thus far.

Tyrone took over from the 20th minute to win by 6 and good value for that margin of victory. Ruairi Canavan a special talent.

Tyrone were a good bit better and fully deserved the win. Once they got the lead they congested the back and picked them off lovely by kicking it in. Canavan was excellent and given his talent you don't mind you odd hail Mary he takes. In fairness their under 20s had to work really hard for their ulster this year but their minors are pretty much walloping everyone in the ulster championship. Coupled with last years minors they have a very bright future. I assume he'll go straight into the senior panel now and won't bother about the 20s next year. And maybe now we know why all the senior tyrone squad players left. They knew what was coming behind!!!

Well done Tyrone, a commanding performance that would grace any All-Ireland Final. Commiserations to our lads, ye did yourselves, your families, clubs and county proud today and throughout this championship, worthy Leinster Champions. Well done to Brian Flanagan and his backroom team on what he has achieved with these young men. Look forward to seeing many of them play senior for Kildare in the years ahead.

Congratulations to both teams on a great game of football. I don't think Kildare played to their full potential today but Glen Ryan and his back room team will be calling up 4 or 5 of this team in the near future.

Congrats to Tyrone. That's a serious outfit with top players all over the pitch and an incredible talent in Canavan the younger. He was brilliant against Kerry and backed it up again today.
Fair to play to Kildare. They responded very well to the early goal and caused plenty problems in the 20 minutes.
Tyrone had so many players chipping in on the scoreboard and kicked some brilliant points.
Definitely a good few prospects on both sides for the senior teams.

Well done to both teams for getting to an All Ireland final and Tyrone for winning. Great advertisement for our sport when lads can put on a great show yet millionaires couldn't score in 2 hours in that other sport. Well done to all from including officials. Last year Canavan took seasoned senior teams apart in championship and what he's doing now is not surprising.

The scoreline was kind to us, it didnt reflect the ease at which Tyrone kept Kildare at arms length for 40 minutes. It was a tough watch at times. Tyrone have 3 or 4 top top players coming through from that team though, and their shooting is superb.

Credit to the Kildare lads for not dropping their heads. There are a few backs coming through from that group.
