According to some posters, they have made Kerry div.1, and Carlow div.4 the hottest of favorites with big winning margins, where as div. 2 and 3 a little bit more reasonable with Derry and Westmeath to win through on smaller margins.

I have to say congrats to London. I think pretty much everyone called that wrong.

for a bit of craic we might do a predictions competition for the NFL?

- Correct Result = One Point
- Correct Winning Margin = 3 Points
- Draw Prediction = 5 Points

Open to suggestion on the scoring system.
Predictions must be entered by 6pm Fridays.

The winner at the end will receive an all expenses trip to eastern Ukraine."
Not in the competition Lockjaw but was thinking if someone is good enough to call a winning margin then they could get the same value of points. A 7 point margin is harder to call than a 2 margin so dish out points whatever the correct margin is. Good luck with it anyways.

Whether it was luck or not I'm happy to say I called them to win by 1!

And I was unlucky in saying Carlow would win by one.

I can't for the life of me understand how all but one poster made Carlow overwhelming favourites to beat London by anything up to 00-15 am I missing something, I wouldn't have minded too much if it had been by 2, 3, or 4 points but by double digits, madness, I even posted here before the game and made reference to that, Carlow overwhelming favorites from div. 4 and Kerry overwhelming favorites from div. 1.

You had Carlow psyched out of it and made them unbeatable, is it possible the same curse will sit firmly on Kerry's shoulders. ??

Time to stop the back pass to goal keepers, attacking football destroyed by all the back passes to goalkeepers, perfect example today with Donegal keeper, he had more possession of the ball than any other player on both teams.

I think that it's new boots, not new jerseys that the Meath lads need! Imagine 0-00 in a full half of a game.

I knew a chap years ago whose Sunday bet was a yankee on draws in the football league. I hope he is still doing them! Works out at somewhere around 800/1.

He got two up a few times which was a nice enough return.

The draws actually provide Dublin with a bit of respite, assuming they don't get the same sort of hammerings again!

Super Sunday for Dublin. Wouldn't like to bet who goes down or wins league. Teams will be getting better as the weeks go on so looking forward to the tail end of league.
