Personally I'd have to go between either Portumna or the current Ballyhale team. Also special mention to Birr and Athenry who dominated the scene winning 7 in 9 years between them.

Was watching the Cuala/Piarsiagh games again. They were brilliant. Edge of seat stuff even when you know the result.

Given the fact that they had very small numbers Sarsfied's achievement of winning the first back to back All Irelands in the history of the club championship takes some beating.
