No disrespect to Martin, but an 'An example to us all'? How? Are you suggesting that all 60 year old's should be playing competitive club football?

An example to us all as we get older to stay active! I hung up the hurl and helmet last season, had to get the bike out of the shed and go back playing soccer as I started to get a little too comfortable on the couch! Well done to Martin! I sure as hell hope I'll be able to play by the time I'm 60,most of us will have given up by the time we're 40, fair play to him.

I was at a 'do' in your county recently essmac. Apparently ye won some football final or something. They had outdoor caterers. One of the serving staff was in her 90s. (That's not a typo) I'm still awestruck ! Must be something in the water up there.
