That was absolutely brilliant. No disrespect to Cork, but it's a great story: intermediate champions, div 2 champions and now the senior final. Cora Staunton is right: the direct style of Duggan and Wall have the potential to cause serious probs for the Dubs, and the Dubs don't know Meath nearly as well as they do Cork. Fantastic group of players, never gave up even when all looked lost. some outstanding players, but above all a great team display. A credit to Meath football.

Wow! Just caught up with the match. Was listening on the radio with about 10 mins left and Meath were down by 8 I think. Couldn't believe it when I checked the results. What a result for Meath.
