the laterst rule cock up by the gaa, reminds me, i was a very young club chairman at a wexford gaa meeting when a very silly rule change that had been passed at congress was been discussed when i give my contrabution saying that at times democracy was one of the biggest weaknesses of the gaa, members pass rules that are very poorly thought out, history repeats itself
