This year’s Ulster senior football championship final will take place on August 1st after the fixtures for the competition were recently finalised.
The race for the Anglo-Celt Cup will begin with preliminary round clash between Down and Donegal on the weekend June 26th, with two of the two quarter-finals on the following weekend.
The Athletic Grounds will host the meeting of Armagh and Antrim, with Monaghan and Fermanagh squaring off at St Tiernach’s Park, Clones.
The other two quarter-finals are set to be played on the weekend of July 10th, with the pick of the ties seeing defending champions Cavan travel to Omagh to take on Tyrone while Derry await the winners of Down and Donegal.
A win for Down would see them travelling to Celtic Park to take on the holders and if Donegal advance they will be hosting the Oak Leafers in Ballybofey.
The semi-finals are down for the weekend of July 17/18, with the venues for both games and the decider to be confirmed.
