Crossmaglen Rangers will bid to make it a fifth Armagh senior football championship final in-a-row tonight (Friday) when they take on Maghery at the Athletic Grounds (7.30pm).
The clash is a repeat of the 2020 decider which saw Maghery edging out the Orchard County’s kingpins after an epic that ended 4-9 to 0-17 in their favour.
Cross’ also lost out in last year’s decider to Clann Eireann (2-12 to 0-16) and are 60 minutes away from returning to the same stage as they gun for a 46th Gerry Fagan Cup success.
Sunday’s other semi-final sees Granemore taking on Killeavy at the same venue with throw-in scheduled for 2pm.
