Clare Island GAA in Mayo has launched a public appeal for funding to help build dressing rooms and a covered terrace area.
The club is planning to develop the state-of-the-art facilities at its grounds to provide for matches, training, tournaments, Cúl Camps and training weekends. They also intend to make the facilities available to other sporting organistions on the island.
The estimated cost of the project is said to be in the region of €100,000 while €44,000 has been approved in Sports Capital Funding. Clare Island GAA has set up a GoFundMe page where all donations will go towards covering the costs of the project with a reward for donors.
We are building our first ever changing rooms at #ClareIsland #GAA pitch and we need YOUR help!
