Kieran Donnelly has been appointed as the new St Eunan’s senior football manager.

The high-profile appointment comes after Donnelly left the Fermanagh post after four years in August. He replaces Barry Meehan, who led the Letterkenny club to a Dr Maguire Cup success in 2024 before they were controversially dethroned at the preliminary quarter-final stage by Termon this year.

In shades of last year's All-Ireland club SFC final between Kilmacud Crokes and Glen, Termon appeared to have 16 players on the field when substitute Enda McCormick fisted over what proved to be the winning point with three minutes to go in extra-time, but St Eunan’s sportingly opted not to appeal the result.

A club statement read: “St Eunan’s GAA Club wishes Kieran and his backroom team every success for the 2026 season and looks forward to supporting them on the journey ahead.”
