GAA on TV: provincial club finals take centre stage

Four senior provincial finals will be shown live on TV this weekend, with another being streamed on the RTÉ Player.

The Leinster club SFC final between Cuala and Ardee St Mary’s is available to watch on the RTÉ Player on Saturday evening. It will be followed by the Leinster club SHC final between Na Fianna and Kilcormac/Killoughey, which forms the second part of the Croke Park double-header, on both RTÉ2 and the RTÉ Player.

TG4 are broadcasting three more provincial finals on Sunday. They are Padraig Pearses v Coolera-Strandhill in the Connacht club SFC final, Ballygunner v Sarsfields in the Munster club SHC final and Slaughtneil v Portaferry in the Ulster club SHC decider in that order.

Saturday, 30 November

Leinster senior football final

St Mary’s Ardee (Louth) v Cuala (Dublin), Croke Park, 5.40pm - RTÉ Player.

Leinster senior hurling final

Na Fianna (Dublin) v Kilcormac/Killoughey (Offaly), Croke Park, 7.40pm - RTÉ 2 and RTÉ Player.

Sunday, 1 December

Connacht senior football final

Coolera-Strandhill (Sligo) v Padraig Pearses (Roscommon), Markievicz Park, 1.15pm – TG4.

Munster senior hurling final

Ballygunner (Waterford) v Sarsfields (Cork), FBD Semple Stadium, Thurles, 3.15pm - TG4.

Ulster senior hurling final

Portaferry (Down) v Slaughtneil (Derry), BOX-IT Athletic Grounds, Armagh, 5pm - TG4.
