Keelan Sexton has transferred from his home club Kilmurray-Ibrickane to Dublin giants Na Fianna.
The highly-rated forward will add significant firepower to the Mobhi Road outfit’s attack as they aim to bounce back from last month’s narrow Dublin SFC semi-final defeat to Kilmacud Crokes. Sexton, who is working as a solicitor in the capital, is also set to return to the Clare fold along with Eoin Cleary in 2025.
The key duo’s impending return is a major boost to new Banner manager Peter Keane, who succeeded fellow Kerry man Mark Fitzgerald in the role last month.
