Kieran Kingston's Cork have made a flying start against Clare with two goals in the opening half of their All-Ireland SHC second round qualifier clash at the LIT Gaelic Grounds this evening.
The first arrived on 16 minutes when Jack O'Connor shook off the close attentions of Rory Hayes to fire to the net from a tight angle.
Then just before the break, Patrick Horgan found Shane Kingston with a superb pass and the Douglas man finished with aplomb.
2-9 to 0-11, the Rebels lead at half-time.
