Clare GAA will offer live online physical education classes for primary and secondary school students at home during the Covid-19 lockdown, starting from tomorrow.
The 30-40 minute 10am primary school classes and 4.15pm secondary school classes, aimed at the development of the fundamental movement skills (FMS) such as agility, balance, coordination, running and jumping, will be held every Monday, Wednesday and Friday to help keep children and teenagers active and healthy until school returns.
Strength and conditioning coach to the Clare senior football team, Rob Mulcahy, who was recently appointed as a Games Development Administrator (GDA) in the county, will host the sessions which will be uploaded to the Clare GAA Coaching & Games Youtube channel and can be watched back as soon as the live video is finished.
Log in a few minutes before the start time and Rob will be going live at 10 & 4.15.
