Over the Christmas period I ask you all to sit back relax and come up with sensible decisions as regards how to improve Cavan football.
I want your idea to be radical,/ stand up to scrutiny / be implementable and last but not least be sensible.
You ideas can include supporters, selectors, change in management style, divisional teams, additions to the current panel.
I want to hear from you.However you wish to post your views let me hear them

What about having a Cavan Haka that the players could preform before our matches. It would gee up our players and supporters before a match and put the fear of God into the opposition.

It is very sad that we had only one contributor to what to do to improve Cavan Football.
i feel that some good/great ideas have to be out there and as I said should it be additions to the panel , change of style, Divisional teams out with your views

Yes Dean Martin I will outline my idea for 2016
No 1 Proposal------ Every league and championship game should be covered by Mr Hyland and his staff
Reason--------- That every footballer in Cavan is looked at and seen, leave no stone unturned in the search for talent.
No 2 Proposal ------- That 5 Divisional teams plus the Current County Champions form a the nucleolus of a winter league.
Reason -------- That all good footballers in Cavan get a platform to display there talent in the offseason
No 3 Proposal ------- That a talent spotting system be put in place (like my own finding of David Givney) and conduit for relaying information
No 4 Proposal ------- That supporters have a voice in Team selection and/or during games regarding substitutions or switches

These are 4 suggestions that I make lets hear the opposition

Radical eh....Cheerleaders, beer and nachos served at all Cavan's home games would be good. would bring in a good crowd anyway
