Offaly GAA have some notable followers indeed.

Champion golder Shane Lowry, who is an official sponsor of Offaly GAA, and even 'Little Bit Of Love' singer-songwriter Tom Grennan both follow the green-white-and-gold.

Appearing on The Late, Late Show last night, London-based Grennan, whose dad Martin hails from Ballycumber, spoke to Ryan Tubridy about his love for Offaly and the summers and winters spent there with his cousins.

The 26-year-old paid a touching tribute to his cousin and close friend Alan Grennan, who sadly passed away in a car accident, by putting a picture of him and Alan in their younger days on the cover of his 'Don't Break The Heart' single.

The singer previously recorded a video in which he appeared wearing an Offaly jersey.

"This top is the Offaly jersey... Three of my cousins played for Offaly," he said.
