Wexford hotel shows soccer over hurling

It is perhaps a reflection of the poor state of Wexford hurling at present that a well-known hotel in Enniscorthy decided to show the FA Cup final over the Leinster SHC quarter-final on its TVs in its bar last evening.
Local GAA fan David Hayes feels there is something not quite right about the Riverside Hotel showing Manchester United and Crystal Palace on three different screens when Wexford's Croke Park clash with Dublin is on another channel at the same time.
It's been a bad weekend all round for Wexford GAA with their senior and minor footballers as well as the senior hurlers suffering championship losses.
