Sean Maher won't forget last Wednesday in a hurry.
His last day in school was followed by him lining out in goal for the Westmeath U21 hurlers who recorded a famous Leinster championship victory over Kilkenny in Mullingar. And he was back in his hometown of Kilbeggan for his graduation party that night!
Sean, who plays his club hurling with Castletown-Geoghegan, is a young man of many talents. As well as excelling in hurling and football, he has had plenty of success in the boxing ring and has appeared as an extra in the hit TV series Vikings.
