Strong Meath representation on Kilcock team

December 07, 2016

Meath and Jenkinstown minor star Conor Harnan

While St Pats of Navan make the long journey to Kiltoom for their refixed second round game, Scoil Dara Kilcock make the short journey to Baconstown to take on Good Counsel (Wexford) in the 2nd round replay of the Leinster Colleges Senior Football A championship.

The Kildare College is back boned by ten Meath footballers. Conor Harnan, Adam Murphy both Moynalvey along with Na Fianna brothers Ethan and Daniel Devine were part of the Meath minor squad this year. They are joined by Moynalvey's Matt Brennan, Conor Frayne and Jack Bruton (Summerhill), Shane Walsh, Luke Kelly and Sean Martin (Na Fianna).

The teams finished level last week after a thrilling game, Good Counsel 1-12 Scoil Dara 0-15 after extra time.

Throw in in Baconstown (Na Fianna GAA) is at 1.30. If the drawn game us anything to go by this is a game not to be missed.
