The round-robin series of the Leinster senior hurling championship starts today, with two games throwing in at 3pm: newcomers Meath entertain Kerry in Navan and Laois have home advantage against round-robin specialists Westmeath. Two of the four teams in this section will advance to the provincial quarter-finals.
NHL Division One final:
All-Ireland champions Tipperary lock horns with Galway in a mouth-watering Division One decider at Limerick's Gaelic Grounds (3:30). There's major silverware on the line and if the game is even half as good as last year's All-Ireland semi-final meeting of these teams then it's going to be a belter.
