Monaghan encountered little difficulty in winning a third successive Ulster Ladies SFC title against Donegal at Clones on Sunday.

The game was over as a contest at the halfway stage with the Farney County holding a 5-13 to 1-4 lead.

Their goals came from Amanda Casey (2), Caoimhe Mohan, Therese McNally and Cathriona McConnell.

Full-forward Geraldine McLaughlin accounted for 1-6 of Donegals' tally.
